Digital products are final once delivered, with fair exceptions. Said plainly, up front.
The policy
Every product here is a digital file. Digital products are generally final once delivered, subject to applicable consumer rights and reasonable exceptions for genuine access or technical problems.
That is why every product page shows real pages from the actual file, states the formats and page count before the price, and says plainly who the product is not for. You should be able to decide before you pay.
Exceptions
- If a file is corrupt, incomplete or does not match what the product page describes, it will be fixed or refunded.
- If you cannot access your download and resending the link does not solve it, it will be refunded.
- If you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy, it will be refunded.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply where you live.
