Buying and delivery
How do I get the files after I pay?
A download link arrives by email within a minute of payment, sent by Lemon Squeezy, who handle checkout and delivery. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, check spam or promotions.
Is anything shipped?
No. Every Nate Products tool is a digital product. Nothing physical is shipped.
What if the email never arrives?
Email nate.19692004@gmail.com from the address you paid with and the link will be resent. Every order also appears on Lemon Squeezy's My Orders page, where you can sign in with the same email.
Do I need an account or a subscription?
No. There are no accounts on this site and no subscriptions. You pay once, you get the files, and they are yours to keep.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars, always shown as USD. If you pay in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate.
Who handles payment and tax?
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. They process the payment, apply sales tax or VAT where it applies, and issue your receipt. Card details never reach this website.

What do I get?
An 11-page fillable PDF and a companion Google Doc, for $18.99 USD. It is a one-time purchase.
Can I fill it in on screen and print it?
Yes. Every field is fillable in any PDF reader that supports forms, and the pages print cleanly on US Letter.
Is it medical, legal or financial advice?
No. It is an organizational tool. It is not medical, legal, financial or insurance advice, it is not healthcare software, and it is not an official or hospital-approved document. No facility is required to accept it.
Does Nate Products see what I write in it?
No. Whatever you type stays in your own files. How protected those copies are depends on where you keep them and who you share them with, which the kit’s sharing instructions help you think through.
Refunds and licence
Can I get a refund?
Digital products are generally final once delivered, because a file cannot be returned. This does not affect consumer rights that apply where you live, and if a file is broken or you cannot access it, get in touch and it will be fixed or refunded.
Can I share a kit with my family?
Yes. A kit is bought for one household, and sharing a filled-in copy with the people involved is the point. Please do not resell or redistribute the blank file.
Will there be more products?
Yes, when each one is genuinely ready. Nothing is listed here before it exists.
